Jim Schuler
Jim Schuler has been with CTIA–The Wireless Association for more than ten years. He is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of the industry’s strategies on state and local taxation of wireless service. Additional responsibilities include forming and advocating on behalf of CTIA’s members with third party organizations on wireless-related state and local legislation, such as broadband deployment and public safety.
