CTIA Statement in Response to the U.S. House of Representatives Passing a Bill to Amend the IRS Code of 1986 to Modify and Make Permanent Bonus Depreciation

In response to the U.S. House of Representatives passing a bill to amend the IRS Code of 1986 to modify and make permanent bonus depreciation (H.R. 4718), I said:

"CTIA thanks Congressman Tiberi and Chairman Camp for their work to make accelerated depreciation permanent. This is the sort of forward-looking tax policy that promotes the investment and innovation necessary for the United States to maintain its world leadership in the deployment of wireless broadband."
