CTIA Statement After the FCC Announced the Largest Fine Levied Against an Illegal Signal Jamming Device Company

“We appreciate the forceful penalty the FCC imposed today to enforce its prohibition on cellphone jamming by anyone other than law enforcement. We hope today's action by the FCC stops any other manufacturer of this illegal technology.”

Law enforcement agencies should not have exclusive use of the District Court and Technology. What ever happened to checks and balances?
I can't say I'm upset with the FCC'S ruling in this particular case, obviously "illegal jamming" is not justifiable.

    Who are they quoting?
