Vivastream: Your Best App for Navigating MobileCON™

MobileCON™ is nearly upon us! October 9th kicks off our inaugural mobile enterprise event and to help you keep track of your schedule, track trending topics and discover opportunities to network, we invite you to download your official MobileCON “concierge” – Vivastream.

Available on your PC, tablet or mobile device, the Vivastream application connects you with everything taking place at MobileCON, including other attendees.

Before, during and after the event, Vivastream will ensure details and events that match your interests are always front-and-center on your radar. And as new people sign up to use the app, they are instantly added to the pool of attendees. If their expertise and interests are relevant to you, they are automatically added to your personal “Who to Know™ list.”

To get started, go to the Vivastream website from your computer or tablet (you can also download Vivastream in your app marketplace) and register for the event. You can register with an email address and password, or by connecting through your social media account on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn.

Once signed up, we recommend you create a profile, via the Profile tab. Add some information about yourself, your company, your position and a picture, allowing other attendees to find you easily. After connecting your social media accounts, explore the following sections:

Sessions – Browse the sessions taking place at MobileCON and check the ones you want to attend. Once you click ‘attend,’ the session will automatically be added to your profile and your personal schedule, which can be viewed at any time by clicking on the Settings tab.

Topics – Here you can find every topic related to MobileCON. Clicking on a topic will bring you to the topic’s details page. To build your personal profile, simply click ‘I’m interested,’ if you are interested in that topic, or ‘I can help,’ if you already know about a topic. Vivastream will then create a ‘Who to Know’ ranking (of who you should meet at the Conference) based on what you click.

Stream – A real-time news feed showing trending topics and the latest activity from people at the show, this is a great place to catch-up on hot issues and see what your ‘Who to Know’ attendees are talking about.

People – Great for networking, this section displays relevant conference attendees, with your ‘Who to Know’ rankings included. You can message attendees before or during the show to request a meeting or more information on a topic. And as you meet people at MobileCON you can also view their profile and click ‘We’ve Connected.’

Exhibitors – Providing an alphabetical list of all of the exhibitors and their logos, locations, and Vivastream contacts, this a great option if you want to locate an exhibitor or schedule a meeting with a representative.
