CTIA is in the process of upgrading its website and the ultimate goal is to provide visitors with a superior online experience as they seek wireless-related information. Toward that end, we are asking a select group of individuals to participate in a short and confidential survey.

I hope you will consider participating in the survey. Your candid feedback to the 25 question survey, which will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, will be a useful guide in our work. I assure you that CTIA will only use the responses for this project and they will be kept confidential.

As a thank you for completing the survey, five randomly selected individuals will each receive a $20 Visa gift card. Once you have completed the survey, please enter your name to be included in the gift card drawing. The five winners will be notified no later than June 29, 2012 at 1 p.m. EDT.
