		<description><![CDATA[I have always felt that these small taxes are the method by which taxes have been increased on the lower income classes. Everybody wants to remove progressive taxes like income taxes, but they are often replaced with regressive taxes such as Social Security, Sales Taxes, Cell Phone Taxes, Etc. The people being polled are no fools.
