		<description><![CDATA[The efforts of this President has set the standard high for all future presidents to follow.  Contributing more to the &#039;human element&#039; worldwide then he was able to accomplish while occupying the highest office in the land.  This is a true testimony to his heart and soul.  I solute his efforts and look forward to supporting CGI shortly in a way that will bring measurable change to the way we approach and respond to emergencies and disasters.]]></description>
