In response to the U.S. House of Representatives passing the Cyber Information Sharing and Protection Act (H.R. 3523), I issued this statement:
“We applaud the members of Congress who voted on this important piece of legislation that will help protect our nation’s communications networks from cyber threats. We thank Chairman Rogers and Ranking Member Ruppersberger for their commitment, diligence and leadership on this critical issue. We look forward to the Senate moving quickly to approve this legislation.”
