In 54 days, CTIA ENTERPRISE & APPLICATIONS™ 2011 will begin at the San Diego Convention Center. On October 11-13, attendees from around the world will network and mingle with the innovators and leaders who have created some of the world’s cutting-edge wireless products and services. We’ll also hear from executives in other industries on how mobile technology has improved their businesses.

CTIA’s show team has been busy arranging a fantastic lineup of keynote speakers, panelists and moderators for the educational sessions and exhibitors. To help attendees start organizing their trip, we’ve developed the pre-show
planner. In addition, here’s a map to the exhibit floor. This is going to be a great fall show!

Here are the keynote speakers that have been announced for day one and two. We will be streaming them live too!

  • Day One: Dan Hesse, CEO of Sprint Nextel Corporation; Ralph de la Vega, president & CEO of AT&T Mobility and Consumer Markets; and Dan Mead, president & CEO of Verizon Wireless
  • Day Two: Dan Schulman, group president, Enterprise Growth, American Express Company; and Andy Miller, president & CEO, Polycom

We’ve also issued a call for entries for the Third Annual Hot for the Holidays Awards, which recognizes the hottest mobile consumer electronics products, services and applications for the holiday season. There will be winners in 10 categories—including fashionista, fitness buff, globetrotter and social butterfly—decided by a distinguished panel of journalists, analysts and retailers based on innovation, functionality, creativity and “hotness.” The deadline for submissions is August 22 at 11:59 pm PDT.

The new CTIA Power Series is the next generation of our educational programming. This year features three tailored discussion formats: Boardroom Sessions, Speed Sessions and Disruptathon. Each format focuses on delivering high-level and actionable content with an emphasis on interactivity and networking. You’ll be hearing from speakers from Fortune 500 companies that will provide an insightful perspective on how mobility is enhancing business across many industries. Keep checking our website for more information on the Power Series panelists and moderators.
